you choose.

Honest comparisons for founders choosing a platform or a partner. We build in Framer, Next.js and Astro, and work both on fixed-price projects and as a monthly design subscription, so we tell you when the other option fits better.

    Framer vs Webflow

Choose Framer if your marketing team wants to design and publish pages visually and launch in weeks. Choose Webflow if your site leans on a large, structured CMS and your team is comfortable with a more technical editor. For most startup marketing sites we recommend Framer, and we build those in about five weeks.

    Framer vs Next.js

Choose Framer for a marketing site your team edits itself: pages, a blog and campaigns, live in about five weeks. Choose Next.js once the site behaves like a product: a customer portal, a configurator, a dashboard, hundreds of pages from a database or deep integrations. For a ten-page site with a blog, Next.js is usually more than you need.

    Agency vs freelancer

Hire a freelancer for a small, well-defined job you can manage yourself. Hire a large agency when you need many disciplines at volume and have the budget and time for it. Hire a small senior studio when you want one team to own brand, design and build, with senior people doing the work. That last one is what Visinex is, so weigh our view accordingly.

    Design subscription vs agency

Buy a fixed-price project for a defined outcome with a deadline, like a new brand or website. Choose a monthly design subscription when you have a steady stream of smaller work: pages, features and tests. Hire in-house once design is a daily, full-time need and you can lead it. A common path is to go through them in that order as you grow.
